KAZOKKU is an IT talent outsourcing company that helps businesses scale their IT team capacity to match project needs and required skills. Since 2017, KAZOKKU has provided IT talent through a Just-in-Time Sourcing approach, sourcing and delivering talent based on each project’s specific needs. KAZOKKU is trusted by companies in the finance, enterprise, and System Integrator sectors in Indonesia.
IT Talent Outsourcing delivers the most value when a company faces situations such as: needing extra team capacity for a specific project, internal recruitment taking too long while the project needs to move forward, needing a specific skill set only for a limited period, or wanting to take on more projects without adding permanent headcount. With flexible 3–12 month contract terms, companies can adjust their team capacity to real needs without an upfront long-term commitment.
In general, the process runs as follows:
KAZOKKU applies Just-in-Time Sourcing & AI Matching to match company requirements with available talent as soon as a need arises. Sourcing begins from the agreed skill and project requirements, followed by a search and matching process for suitable candidates. This approach makes our process more precise and faster.
KAZOKKU manages the employment administration of placed talent, including payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment social security), BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance), income tax (PPh 21), and THR (holiday allowance), in accordance with applicable regulations. Yes. Contracts can be extended before the current term ends, with confirmation to your KAZOKKU consultant 1 month before the contract’s end date.
Employees follow the project execution rules in place at the client’s office, such as working hours, work methods, permissions, and leave, in line with the client’s policies.
Depending on the client’s needs and working model, the talent we provide can work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid arrangement.
The client, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, work priorities, and technical project decisions.
KAZOKKU handles end-to-end employment administration: employment contract creation, payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan registration and payment, PPh 21 calculation and reporting, and THR. You simply pay the monthly invoice without needing to manage employment administration yourself.
Yes, through our Temp-to-Hire scheme, clients can hire KAZOKKU employees as permanent staff once the contract has run for a minimum of 6 months. The process is coordinated directly with the consultant handling your placement: the client confirms the intent to convert, and KAZOKKU and the client agree on the transition date and applicable recruitment fee.
We provide a replacement employee matching the agreed qualifications, at no additional cost, and can carry out more than one replacement if needed.
The client can report the issue directly to the KAZOKKU consultant handling that placement. We will facilitate a discussion between the client and the employee to find the fastest resolution, and if the issue cannot be resolved, the client can request a replacement employee matching the qualifications agreed upon at the start, at no additional cost.
Cost is determined by the role, experience level, competency, and the talent’s salary expectations. Once requirements are agreed upon, we provide a proposal listing the cost per talent and the terms of cooperation transparently before the contract begins, so no new cost component appears mid-contract.
Payroll and employment benefits are managed by KAZOKKU according to the contract terms, including BPJS and THR administration.
Overtime hours are paid according to applicable regulations, after confirmation with the client, and then billed as agreed with the client.
Let us know the role, skill set, and contract duration you need.
The KAZOKKU team will find the right talent for your project.
